Orders & Returns
INSTRUCTIONS
When using conventional 'snail mail' or
'postal' methods of ordering: give us your name, address,
zip code and method of payment. Give quantity, part number
and description of each part ordered.
RETURNED CHECKS AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS
A $25.00 service charge will be added to
your account when a shipment is refused or a check is returned
for Non Sufficient Funds for any reason. Future shipments
will be sent COD cash or certified check.
MINIMUM ORDER
A service charge of $5.00 will be added
to all invoices less than $25.00.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All freight charges will be the customers
responsibility.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders will be shipped COD Cash Only,
Certified check, or you may charge to your Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, or American Express card. Because we do not have
the expense of overdue accounts, or collecting bad checks,
we are able to keep our prices as low as possible.
PRICES
All prices subject to change without notice.
BACK ORDERS
All back orders will be automatically canceled.
NEW PRODUCTS
If you do not see an item here, ask us
about it, we more than likely have it, or will have it in
the near future.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be made within 30 days
of purchase. They will be subject to prior approval and a
15% restocking fee.
NO WARRANTY! NO GUARANTEE!
The Toy Factory does not guarantee the
items sold by us, or warranty the ability and fitness of purpose.
Manufacturers supply their own warranties and guarantees.
Most of them do not permit us to make any adjustment, or replace
any part defective or unsatisfactory. Please follow the warranty
or guarantee instructions provided by the manufacturer.
